  • Unless otherwise noted, you must be 21 or older with a valid ID to enter The Bell House, no exceptions. (A photo of a license is not admissible)
  • No outside food or drink permitted.
  • For the safety and security of everyone in our establishment, all bags are subject to inspection by Security personnel upon entry. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
  • The Bell House is fully accessible to attendees using wheelchairs and mobility aids.
  • For most events, The Bell House is mixed seating/standing. Seats are first come, first served. If you need seating due to a medical reason please email thebellhouse@livenation.com before arriving for the show.

1. What is the seating arrangement at the Bell House?

For most events, The Bell House features a mixed seating and standing room layout. Please check the specific event details on the ticketing page for more information on seating arrangements. This information will also be featured in your ticket confirmation email.

2. Is there a standby line for sold-out shows?

Yes! We do have a standby line for sold-out events. Arrive early to add your name to the Standby List. Entry for standby tickets is subject to availability ono a first come first served basis and is not guaranteed, but we try our best to accommodate as many guests as we can!

3. Is there a box office at the venue?

Yes, our box office opens 1 hour before doors on show days.

4. Can I pay by card or cash?

We accept both cash and card payments at the box office and at our bars. For the most seamless experience, we recommend using a card.

5. Is there an ATM on-site?

Yes, there is an ATM available at the venue for your convenience.

6. When does the venue open?

Our lobby bar typically opens one hours prior to doors to the show. For events with special circumstances, please visit our website or ticketing page for exact opening times.

7. How do I get to the Bell House?

The Bell House is located at 149 7th Street, Gowanus, Brooklyn, NY. Here are some directions:

By Subway: Take the F, G or R train to the Smith-9th Streets station. It's a short walk from there

By Bus: The B61 bus stops nearby.

By Car: Street parking is available, but we recommend using public transport if possible.

8. Are there accessibility services?

Ticketing: For ADA tickets, purchase your tickets as normal through our website or in-person at our box office. If purchasing online, please email us at TheBellHouse@LiveNation.com to coordinate accommodations in-advance of the show. Tickets purchased in-person can be noted for accommodations at the time of the transaction.

Unexpected Needs: If you have had an injury or illness that requires seating, email TheBellHouse@LiveNation.com to coordinate accommodations in-advance of the show. We have a limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.

Interpreter Requests: If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.

Hearing Assistance: Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 weeks notice. We can be reached via email TheBellHouse@LiveNation.com.

Service Animals: Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted. The Bell House requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.

Wheelchairs: Our venue is wheelchair-accessible.

9. Do you have a lost & found?

If you had so much fun that you lost something during your time with us, please contact us at TheBellHouse@LiveNation.com with a clear description of your lost item and we'll let you know if we found it!

10. Is there an age requirement?

This is a 21+ venue. For events that allow for ages under 21, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 30.

12. Do you offer food at your venue?

We offer an assortment of concessions and a full-service bar. We do not allow outside food or beverages within the venue, including personal water bottles.

13. Are there items I cannot bring to your venue?

CUSTOMER SAFETY

The Bell House is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our guests to enjoy their visit!

We encourage you to review our safety and security information below prior to arriving at the venue.

Please arrive early to the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and enter the venue.

Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or walk through metal detection and/or pat-downs) to ensure that none of the restricted items enters the building.

We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home.

You may be asked to empty your pockets of all items so that they can be examined.

All alcohol and narcotic laws will be strictly enforced.

All bags will be searched, and no large bags or backpacks will be allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our Management or Security so we can ensure the best experience possible.

Restricted Items:

(Keep in mind priority number 1 is to HAVE FUN! Just please do it without the items listed below):

No Outside Food or Drink Allowed

No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.

• Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted.

No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind.

No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.

No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)

No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind

No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm

No large bags over (10” x 10”), backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota bags

No stuffed animals or toys of any kind

Zero Tolerance For Drug Use or Possession

The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Security personnel and narcotics officers will be working and enforcing all drug related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found impaired at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Please come with a smile and be prepared to enjoy a fun filled night of music and dancing.

Safety and Medical

Live Nation is dedicated to providing a safe environment. Public and private security will be present throughout the entire event. The Security Staff will be available to assist your needs including any medical requests.
